H10 Costa Adeje Palace, Tenerife

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Ala carte menu was fine, Im a vegetarian so was good to have more than pizza to choose from. Couple of things you dont know until you ask, as Privilege guests anyway. For example, we lugged our own cases to room, but when struggling en route down at the end of our stay a passing porter offered to help. We asked what was on the rooftop and discovered in passing it was a sunbathing area with a second infinity pool which was a nice surprise but this wasnt volunteered at check in. We were three adults escaping children so would have been nice to have had our evening meal without the baby shark soundtrack/kids entertainment at 20:30-21:30 right outside the restaurant. All of that said, the hotel is definitely worth a stay, we ate in the buffet for lunch and it is definitely one of the classiest wed been too. Staff were super friendly. Couple of nights had local band which was good for a boogie and the piano bar was a pleasant area to chill. Great stay for adults wanting to escape and relax, not so for younger parties Id guess.

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights at the beginning of May on an AI basis in a Privilege Room. We timed it perfect as the brand new roof top infinity pool had just opened the day before...it was amazing! The privilege option was 100% worth it as we were able to have civilised meals in the La Tosca and Sakura Teppanyaki on all 3 nights plus breakfast in La Tosca every morning. The drink selection and quality was brilliant (all branded mixers) and the cocktails were good too! The app to book meals was really easy to use. We had a great time but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 (which it could easily be) was actually more to do with the reception staff....just not very helpful and at one point blatantly lied to us. What we would like to say though is that every other member of staff we came across was amazing and the total opposite (so helpful!). The location of the hotel is great, a little walk along the front into Costa Adeje but on the sea front with amazing views, the sunsets from the roof top were fantastic! We recommend getting a private transfer if possible as this was the last hotel drop off and first pick up going back. The privilege double room was ok, clean and comfortable with a side sea view. Fully stocked mini bar on day one (doesn't get refilled which was fine for 3 days). We both slept very well and came home feeling amazing! Thank you H10!

We had a lovely stay here as a group of four. We stayed B&B. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, bathrooms could probably do with a facelift but we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Great selection at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, pool area well kept. Even though the hotel was busy there was always beds available at the pool, you aren't allowed to reserve beds, which helps. It's definitely in a quieter area, a short ten min walk along sea front to La Caleta which has a lovely selection of high quality restaurants. It's another ten min walk on the other side into the busier areas of Costa Adeje, and a taxi ride to Las Americas, which suited us anyway as we were looking to avoid the very touristy areas. On the downside, they have a few funny rules at this hotel. You must pay a daily fee to rent the safe in your room, which in all my travelling, I have never come across before. It just seems like a money making opportunity rather than supplying your guests with a service that is sitting there anyway. The glasses in the room were not cleaned/replaced on a daily basis. When presenting for breakfast the lady told us we must have our piece of paper with our room number written on it, even though we were both wearing the H10 wristband which serves as the room key. I was told the same at the main pool bar, the bar man wouldn't serve me because I didn't have the piece of paper with the room number on it, even though I was wearing the H10 wristband, but when I went to the beach shack bar they served me no problem. If you have rules, that is fine, but some consistency when putting them into practice would be better. All in all, I would return here as it's a beautiful hotel with a scenic location. If you're looking to avoid touristy areas, this is the place for you. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Our room was nice and spacious with a good view of pools and sea. Room 531. Breakfast was lovely, staff great, sunbeds at pool area, near infinity pool, very relaxing. Listened to waves all day. The hotel is immaculate. 10 min stroll to La caleta with nice restaurants and bars. Thanks to all the staff that helped make our holiday enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely settings and surroundings to explore! Amazing excursions on offer, we went to Siam park for the first time and loved it!! The cleaning staff were also amazing the entire time, keeping our room up to incredible standards.
